On-Ramp includes a three-day skills building and entrepreneurship course, one on one coaching with professional arts business consultant Elaine Grogan Luttrull, and a certificate from the state art agency. Issuance of an official Certificate of Course Completion qualifies individuals to request a fellowship of up to $2000 from the IAC. Applications are currently being accepted for this program, the deadline to apply is March 1<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Indiana Arts Commission staff member Anna Tragesser will present the On-Ramp program Sunday, February 11<sup>th<\/sup>, 2018 at 3pm at the Auburn Atrium MarketPlace 106 W. 6<sup>th<\/sup> Street, Auburn, Indiana 46706. In the event of inclement weather, the presentation will be rescheduled for Tuesday, February 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 7pm at the same location.
