The salon will be open from 8:30 \u2013 11:00 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and is operated by seniors in the program.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of cosmetology services including hair care, skin care, manicures, pedicures, permanents, hair cutting and styling will be offered. Later this year, even\u00a0 more specialty services will be available such as \u201cSpa pedicures\u201d, \u201cGel Polish\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cParaffin Dipping\u201d for extremely dry hands, \u201cTea Tree Experience\u201d, deep conditioning treatment and aromatherapy.\u00a0 It\u2019s a great way to have a ladies morning out!<\/p>\n<p>Cosmetology\u00a0introduces students\u00a0to providing beauty services such as shampooing, cutting, coloring and styling hair as well as manicures, pedicures and specialized nail services to their clients. Students used advanced techniques to deliver a wide-range of skin care and nail treatments while gaining experience working in a full-service salon environment. Upon completion of the program and meeting the requirements of the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, students are eligible to take the state examination prior to graduation.<\/p>\n<p>Appointments are necessary for the Avantage\u2019 Salon.\u00a0 Please call 419-238-5411 ext. 2003 to schedule your appointment.\u00a0 Please note that if school is on a delay, cosmetology services are canceled for the day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vantage is proud to announce that the Avantage\u2019 Salon will soon be open for business.
