The Antwerp Chamber of Commerce celebrated a Ribbon Cutting with the new owners of the The Rootbeer Stand on a rainy morning, July 10, 2017. Matt & Stacy Hopkins have been operating and recently purchased The Rootbeer Stand since the season began in March. After many scheduling conflicts, the Chamber was able to officially welcome these new owners to the business community in Antwerp.
