Store them outdoors away from sources of ignition.<\/p>\n<p>When you have your cylinder refilled, have your supplier check for dents, damage, rust or any leaks.<\/p>\n<p>After having the cylinder refilled, take it home immediately. Keep your vehicle ventilated with the cylinder upright and the valve secured.<\/p>\n<p>When the gas grill is not in use, make sure the fittings are covered to prevent collection of moisture, insects and dirt.<\/p>\n<p>If there is a significant or uncontrollable leak of propane gas or if a fire occurs, get clear of the gas grill and cylinder and call the Fire Department immediately. Dial 911!<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Propane Gas Grill Don\u2019ts:\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Do not grill on the deck of a multi-store apartment bui lding<\/p>\n<p>Do not bring the propane gas cylinder indoors or into an enclosed space such as the garage or basement.<\/p>\n<p>Do not smoke while handling the propane cylinder.<\/p>\n<p>Do not leave the cylinder in your vehicle while transporting it to get filled or after it has been filled.<\/p>\n<p>Do not use a match or lighter to check for leaks.<\/p>\n<p>Do not allow children to tamper or play with the cylinder or grill.<\/p>\n<p>Do not use, store or transport your cylinder where it would be exposed to high temperatures.
