The Woodburn Community Association is hosting\u00a0Summer Fest\u00a0on June 23 & 24 at the Woodburn Community Park, Overmeyer Street & Fahlsing Rd.<\/p>\n
Start your weekend out on Friday, June 23rd with the beer tent opening at 5:00 p.m. A Trivia Contest\u00a0for ALL AGES will start at 7:00 with doors opening at 6:00. Feders BBQ will be available for purchase. If you haven\u2019t registered for the Trivia Contest yet, it\u2019s not too late! Call 260-632-5318.<\/p>\n
Saturday, June 24th\u00a0is full of events for your entire family! From\u00a0Lion Club Donuts,\u00a05K Run\/Walk,\u00a0\u201cFind Your Adventure\u201d\u00a0parade to an exotic animal show, truck show, Front Street Drags, corn hole tournament, pizza and pie eating contest, face painting, caricatuers, and animals in the park. Woodburn Summer Fest has something for EVERYONE!<\/p>\n
Enjoy a variety of great music with The Joel Young Band 2:00-5:00 p.m., then rock the Woodburn Summer Fest\u00a0 to a close with some jammin 80\u2019s music\u00a0by Plan B from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on the main stage.\u00a0Woodburn Summer Fest\u00a0will end with an exciting\u00a0Fireworks Display\u00a0at dusk.<\/p>\n
Raffle tickets will be available at the Headquarters Building or with any member of the Woodburn Youth League. Drawing for prizes will be around 9:15. Prizes are: 1. $1,500 cash ~ sponsored by Woodburn Community Association<\/p>\n
