Appointments can be scheduled by calling 419-542-5495.<\/p>\n
Dr. Gray most recently worked in Antwerp, Ohio as a primary care physician, providing care there for over 30 years.\u00a0 He has delivered countless babies and provided care for a full range of common outpatient conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, acute infections, gynecology, and sleep disorders.\u00a0 Dr. Gray also spent approximately 10 years working in an emergency department, seeing a large variety of disorders and emergencies.\u00a0 Dr. Gray will not be seeing obstetric patients, but will continue to care for the medical needs of pregnant women. Dr. Gray will be available for patients of all ages concerning primary care requirements.<\/p>\n
He is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship at Massapequa General Hospital in New York.\u00a0 In 1985 he established a primary care practice located in Antwerp, Ohio.\u00a0 He is a board certified by The American College of Osteopathic Family Practice and is also a member of The American Osteopathic Association and The Ohio Osteopathic Association.<\/p>\n
