Woodlan was also awarded the \u201cBest Band\u201d award. Other highlights of the competition include senior, Brock Burkholder, winning the solo competition and sophomore, Logan Salzbrenner, being named as the \u201cOutstanding Performer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Show choir is an audition only choir that is 41 students strong (including performers, crew, and band), directed by Mr. Kyle Romine, and accompanied by Mrs. Kaylene Sauer. Woodburn\u2019s own, Nikki Prichard, is the group\u2019s choreographer.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s show titled \u201cHome\u201d portrays life in a small town followed by big city possibilities. The show choir used backdrops of nostalgic historical icons of the Woodburn and Harlan communities, such as Harlan High School, the Woodburn water tower, Zion Lutheran\u00a0Church, and the Junction 24 sign.
