The Oakwood Elementary Student Council held a canned and boxed food \/personal hygiene collection before Christmas break. Hundreds of items were collected and delivered to some food pantries in the area. Shown unloading items for the food pantry in Melrose are sixth grade students Caydence Rue, Tyler Sherry, JB Rickels, Gage Lloyd, Mason Schlatter, and Colby Singer. Also assisting with the delivery is Oakwood Elementary bus driver Kris Blair.
