The City of Woodburn would like to make known an issue that has recently gotten out of control. Under the water tower on Front Street, there are three dumpsters that are to be used exclusively for recycling, not garbage. This location is designed for locals outside of the City limits. While we understand that, at times, individuals further from Woodburn will use these containers, we still request a level of respect. This means that if the dumpsters are full, you do not make piles around them. The picture here shows what has occurred on multiple occasions lately and we will not allow this to continue. If you are found using this blessing inappropriately, expect to be cited and fined. This complementary service will be removed if, as a collective, we are unable to maintain it appropriately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
