While this is all true, there are people who are already attempting to prey on the persons\u00a0who are glad to help. If you are receiving a phone call asking you to donate be very wary. If they cannot provide information who the money is going to, only want you to text, or they want you to give them the money upfront (if they claim to be a contractor), then they are highly likely trying to take you for your generosity\u00a0and the money\u00a0would probably never go to families in need.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
