Taylor and his dad, Jason worked diligently and precisely for Taylor\u2019s last year of eligibility in this nationally renowned race.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLast Chance\u201d was the name christened to the finished race car that Taylor and his father hand crafted together. They went to great lengths to earn this very prestigious award, from weights to the dryness of the wood taking the duo over two months to complete the car.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLast Chance\u201d had a top speed recorded at 230mph. The car\u2019s eight best runs earned them a score of 24.0001 which in turn guaranteed them the championship trophies.
