This event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the main historic Carnegie library in Paulding and will be a celebration of \u2018old-fashioned fun\u2019. \u201cThe library has providing service to Paulding County residents for over 100 years,\u201d shared Susan Pieper, Library Director. \u201cThis Festival is meant to be a fun day to celebrate Paulding County\u2019s public library.\u201d The festival will include old-fashioned games, a bike parade, refreshments, face-painting and more. Residents are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and relax on the grounds of the library. The library will be open for business from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. that day.
