Warne holds a doctorate in economics, specializing in finance and competitive strategy, from Yale University, a master of science from the London School of Economics and a bachelor\u2019s degree with high honors from Swarthmore College. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997. She has worked at AT&T and General Motors, been a professor at Washington University, lectured at Yale and been a member of the President\u2019s Council of Economic Advisers.<\/p>\n
