{"id":13961,"date":"2016-04-19T13:22:54","date_gmt":"2016-04-19T17:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.westbendnews.net\/autonews\/?p=13961"},"modified":"2016-04-19T13:22:54","modified_gmt":"2016-04-19T17:22:54","slug":"david-john-cottrell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.westbendnews.net\/autonews\/david-john-cottrell\/","title":{"rendered":"David John Cottrell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Antwerp, OH<br \/>\n<strong><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s3.amazonaws.com\/CFSV2\/obituaries\/photos\/3551\/181059\/571656f895cb3.jpg?resize=194%2C216&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"194\" height=\"216\" \/>David John Cottrell,<\/strong> 59, of Antwerp, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.<\/p>\n<p>David was born in Hicksville on March 31, 1957, a son of \u00a0Maxine (Sohn) and Richard L Cottrell.<\/p>\n<p>He was a 1975 graduate of Hicksville High School and attended the Toledo Meat Cutting School. Although he was the owner of Cottrell Tile &amp; Drainage, his heart belonged to his family and friends. He was always quick to lend a helping hand! His best times were spent on family cruises, hunting, woodworking and farming with John Deere equipment.
