He brought the same dedication and pride to his job at MacDonald Machinery, Fort Wayne. Mike&#8217;s heart was always with his family, who understood his love for Colts Football, cars and racing. Building car engines was a joy to him, but burnouts were his specialty!<\/p>\n<p>Mike will be sadly missed by his wife, Debi (nee Champion), whom he married June 22, 1974; daughters, Michelle Lynn (Jim) Chieffo, Dawn Renee (Gary) Jackson, Tammy Marie (Tom) Mitchell &amp; Carrie Elizabeth (Michael Adams) Monnier; siblings, Ruth (Dan) Kaufman, Deb (the late Jim) Ricard, Vicky (Neal) Vachon, Tina (Bill) Galbreath, Traci (Denny) O&#8217;Donnell &amp; Steve, Shane, Shawn (the late Judy) &amp; Greg (Peggy) Altic; sisters-in-law, Debbie &amp; Pam Altic; 13 grandchildren &amp; 1 great grandchild. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Bill, Chris, Mark &amp; Jeff.<\/p>\n<p>Mike&#8217;s funeral service is Saturday, 11 am, with viewing one hour prior at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.<\/p>\n<p>Viewing is also Friday, 2 &#8211; 8 pm.<\/p>\n<p>He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery, with military honors.<\/p>\n<p>Memorials to Community Health Professionals, 250 Dooley Dr, Paulding, OH 45879 or MDA Clinic, 2869 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825<\/p>\n<p>Condolences and fond memories may be shared at www.dooleyfuneralhome.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antwerp, OH Michael Anthony Altic, 66, of Antwerp passed away at home on Monday, April 11, 2016.
