The Antwerp Local School District Board of Education met at 6:00 p.m. at the above date for a special meeting at the Antwerp Local School Board Room.<\/p>\n
1. The Pledge Of Allegiance<\/i><\/b> was recited by the Board Members.<\/p>\n
2. Roll Call of Members: <\/i><\/b>Mrs. Anita Bok, Mr. Robert Herber, Mr. Dennis Recker, and Mr. Kipp Taylor. Mrs. Schuette participated by conference phone. Others Present: Dr. Martin Miller (Superintendent) and Kristine Stuart (Treasurer)<\/p>\n
3. DISCUSSION\/ACTION ITEM:\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
a. Approve the bid from Wyse Electric, LLC to upgrade the lighting in the High School Gym, the Auxiliary Gym, and the Auditeria with LED Lighting for a total cost of $87,900.\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n
Motion by Anita Bok and seconded by Robert Herber, that the Board Approve the following action items (a). Vote: Yes: Mrs. Bok, Mr. Herber, Mr. Recker, and Mr. Taylor. Motion passed: 4-0.<\/p>\n
4. ADJOURNMENT\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
Motion by Robert Herber and seconded by Kipp Taylor to adjourn the Board meeting at 7:10 p.m. The next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Education room.
