2016 will mark the 69th annual Harlan Days Festival! The festival is planned and run completely by volunteers and its success depends on them. It is the largest fundraiser for the maintenance of the Harlan Community Park and Shelter House. As always, the festival will be the held on the first Saturday in August; it will run August 4, 5, and 6.<\/p>\n

This year, all the old favorites will be back including the Donut Tent, Food Tent, carnival rides, arena events, 22nd Annual Cruise-In Car Show, 5K Harlan Hustle, Grand Parade, basketball tournament and softball tournament. Fairgoers can also look forward to many new events for 2016 such as a Monster Truck show on Saturday evening, hot air balloon rides, a Co-Ed volleyball tournament, Kid\u2019s Free Game Tent and youth kickball tournament.
