Carly recently completed the Accredited Residential Manager course through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and was recently inducted into the Columbus Ohio Chapter 42 of IREM as an ARM Member. Carly is employed by RLJ Management and is the Property Manager of Defiance Ridge Apartments and Defiance Crossing Homes; she is also an Area Manager overseeing properties in Hancock County, Putnam County,\u00a0 Williams County and one property in Allen County Indiana. \u00a0 Carly is also the elected Clerk Treasurer for the Village of Cecil and operates a small dog\/cat rescue at her home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carlene (Carly) Turner\u00a0 a Paulding County Native and a 1977 graduate of Paulding High School.
