The Lady Bulldogs\u2019 Cross Country team won the Meister Family Invitational at Monroe Central High School. The Lady Bulldogs\u2019 tied state ranked Pendleton Heights with 49 points, but won on the 6th runner tie breaker. Paige Boatright came from behind in the last 100 meters of the race to take the individual championship in a time of 19:57. Hayley Newman came in third place followed by Carmen Yoder in 5th place finish. Also placing were Ariel Stier (18th), Bri Dishong (22nd), and Ally Holcomb sealed the victory with a 31st place finish.<\/p>\n

The New Haven Boys\u2019 Cross Country team finished runner-up to state ranked Pendleton Heights at the Meister Family Invitational held at Monroe Central. The boys defeated 22 other teams. Deric Laurent led the team with a 3rd place finish. Josh Hiatt finished next for the team in 7th. Brayan Pizano was the team\u2019s 3rd runner and placed 9th. Also placing for the varsity team were Jordan Lahr (32nd), Kyle Charles (36th), Cyrus Felger (43rd), and Luis Benitez (50th).<\/p>\n
