In my case, it was that they charged plenty for the first one and you needed to accept another one in order to get your money\u2019s worth!<br \/>\nThis does help to raise the economy of said area. There is a state in the west that has this sales pitch of Marry A Lady Get One Free. Now, lots of people frown on shenanigans like this, but some people say business is business.<br \/>\nLet\u2019s say, you are a fair-minded fellow and you want to help the economy in your area and you do accept the attractive young maiden along with your new wife. Well, first you must go to the court house and get another marriage license. Then you must get a blood test for her and yourself. Yes, you just had a blood test, but the law says you need one for this marriage license. This buy one and get one free business does not work on legal documents.<br \/>\nWell, this new maiden is a well-bred young lady and she wants her own first-class wedding. Her father will not help with the finances for the wedding and our young man has to pay for the whole she-bang\u2014church, flowers, dresses for the bridesmaids, and the food at the reception, and for the reception area. Our young man has mortgaged his small home to pay all these expenses.<br \/>\nHis new wife wants her own bedroom and bath while the bungalow has one bedroom and bath. This new wife wants her own automobile. More expense for car insurance, life insurance, upkeep on the car, etc. When they built her new bedroom and bath, the carpenters had to extend the garage and driveway.<br \/>\nOur young friend is now $71,000 in debt. The bank is on his back. The neighbors laugh at him. The two wives do not get along, and both hate him. What a mess he has gotten into over the Buy One Get One free. Just to get something free, he is in a hopeless arrangement.<br \/>\nWhat is that terrible noise? A dinner bell like sound?! What in the world\u2026 grumble, grumble, grumble\u2026 Oh yes, it is that darn alarm clock! It is 6:05 a.m. and it wants me to get up.<br \/>\nGet up? Well, this then is only a dream! A lousy nightmare!<br \/>\nBut our young man took a lesson on Buy One Get One Free.
