He was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Parish; Antwerp VFW &amp; Conservation Club and enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Card Room.<\/p>\n<p>On Dec. 2, 1961 Jay married Billie Jean Vail.<\/p>\n<p>He will be sadly missed by his wife, Billie Jean; children, Lilly &#8220;Jacqui&#8221; DeLauer of Columbus; Leonard (Rose) of Grabill, IN, Kevin &amp; Robert (Susan) both of Mark Center, Phillip (Stacy) of Cecil, Eric of Antwerp, Jennie (Jason) Saylor of Mark Center &amp; William (Emily) of Fort Wayne; 21 grandchildren &amp; 5 great grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Jay was also preceded in death by his siblings, Ruth Dysinger, Alice Miller, Violet Noneman, Pauline Shong, John, Donald, Paul, Joe &amp; Bob Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>His funeral mass is Tuesday, 11 am Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Antwerp.<\/p>\n<p>Viewing is Monday, 2-4 &amp; 6-7:30 pm with a Vigil &amp; Rosary service at 7:30 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp. Viewing is also Tuesday, 9:30 &#8211; 10:30 am at the funeral home.<\/p>\n<p>He will be laid to rest at Rochester Cemetery with military honors.<\/p>\n<p>Memorials are to The Card Room c\/o J.
