\"\"Raymond McCloud,<\/strong> age 74 died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at CHP Hospice, Defiance, Ohio.<\/p>\n

He was born September 10, 1940 in Harts, West Virginia, the son of Edgar and Clista (Stollings) McCloud. On January 22, 1966 he married Joyce Sue Workman, who preceded him in death on October 22, 2009. He was a US Army veteran. He retired from Johns Manville, Defiance in 2003.<\/p>\n

Raymond is survived by two children: Darrin (Julie) McCloud, Cecil, and J. Elaine (Josh) Carlisle, Paulding; 5 grandchildren: Chelsi Miller, Colton, Dustyn and Jaylyn McCloud and Devon Stahl; step grandson, Cash Bostleman; brothers: Mose McCloud, Cartersville, GA, Hillard McCloud, Defiance, Dave (Margie) McCloud, Harts, WV, George McCloud, Nashville, TN; sisters: Geneva \u201cJune\u201d Spry, Cartersville, GA, Sylvia (Mose) Vance, Vada McCloud, and Carol Aldrige, all of Harts, WV.<\/p>\n

He is also preceded in death by a son, Craig McCloud; a sister, Marlene Watts; two brothers, Homer and Gary McCloud.<\/p>\n

Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Paulding County, with military graveside rites accorded by VFW Post #587.<\/p>\n

There will be visitation for 2 \u2013 8 PM on Wednesday, January 28 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. There will also be visitation one hour prior to services on Thursday.<\/p>\n

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made to Squig-Mo PH ALS Org., 155 Champion Dr., Ft. Jennings, OH 45844 or a charity of the donor\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n
