This is the week Sprint Car fans wait all year for. The World of Outlaws and the High Limit Series will be in the area. Everything started on Monday, July 14th at Fremont Speedway. The High Limit Series took center stage. It was the first appearance in 12 years at the “action track” for Kyle Larson. On Tuesday, July 15th the race teams head to Tiffin and Attica Raceway Park for the annual Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic. Camping with electric/water hookups is sold out for this event, and “reserved seats” will sell out. In 2024 David Gravel took home the $15,000.00 first place prize money. The two previous years were won by NASCAR driver, Kyle Larson.

After Tuesday night the drivers and teams head south of Celina to New Weston Ohio for the annual Kings Royle week. You can bet Tony Stewart will have the world’s fastest half mile dirt track race ready. The total purse for the four-day Kings Royal week is expected to exceed $900,000.00. The winner of the Kings Royal on Saturday will receive $200,000.00. According to the World of Outlaws this is a record payout for the event and one of only five sprint car races to ever award at least a $200,000. Prize. 

Racing starts Wednesday, July 16th with double-down duels featuring the High Limit Series. The program includes two $12,000-to-win 25-lap features. The popular format will offer 48 drivers the opportunity to earn A-Feature starting pay. Race time is at 8PM. The High Limit drivers return on Thursday, July 17th for the Joker’s Jackpot, featuring $100,000 to win payday for first place. Starting positions for Thursday’s heat races will be determined in part by the results from Wednesday’s Double Down Duels. Race time 7:30PM

The World of Outlaw drivers take center stage Friday and Saturday, July 18th-19th. The Knight Before the Kings Royal offers a $25,000 payday on Friday night while the winner of the 41st Kings Royal will take home an event record $200,000 on Saturday night. Racing will start at 8PM, Friday and Saturday. Eldora will have activities for the fans every day after breakfast. Visit the tracks Facebook page for all the information and updates. The Eldora Ballroom will have food, breakfast and afternoon buffets, plus entertainment. If you can’t get reserved seats, seating in the grandstands, or VIP suites, no problem. Bring lawn chairs and blankets and party with the fun bunch above turns one and two on the grass hillsides.

On Wednesday, July 9th, it was announced 62 cars have registered for the Kings Royal Week and this number will grow. Kreitz Racing has confirmed that Christopher Bell will pilot the famous 69K machine at Eldora on Wednesday and Thursday during the Double Down Duels and Joker’s Jackpot events for the High Limit Series. The car will carry support from Interstate Batteries. PA Posse member Ryan Smith will assume driving duties on Friday and Saturday for the World of Outlaws races.

While his driving career may be over, Don Kreitz Jr. will once again find himself on Eldora victory stage Saturday night… King Don III has been tabbed as the 2025 Royal Sovereign and will officially crown the winner of the 42nd Kings Royal next Saturday night!

On July 4th, Kasey Jedrzejek won the Great Lakes Super Sprint feature at Limaland Motorsports Park. Saturday, July 5th, Cap Henry won the 410 winged Sprint feature at Fremont Speedway. In Wauson Casey Noonan won his first Oakshade Raceway Late Model feature in 2025. At Millstream Speedway, Jared Horstman won the feature for the GLSS and Nate Schank, won the Great Lakes Traditional Sprints (No wing).
