In celebration of “Music in Our Schools Month” the 5th Grade choirs from Paulding and Oakwood Elementaries recently got together for combined “Viva la Musica!” concerts at both schools. The Oakwood Elementary fourth graders held their annual Snap Circuit Day as a wrap-up to the unit on electricity. Parents, grandparents, and aunts assisted the students as they built and learned about electric currents using Snap Circuit kits purchased through a Cooper Grant. The circuits lit up, played music and turned a fan.
