PAULDING — It was a night of celebration and dominance for the Lady Panthers on Tuesday, September 23, as Paulding volleyball swept visiting Edgerton at all three levels. The freshman team rolled to a 25-7, 25-5 victory, the JV followed with a 25-13, 25-18 win, and the varsity squad completed the sweep with set scores of 25-12, 25-19, 25-20.

The evening was highlighted by a milestone moment for junior setter Estie Pease, who notched her 1,000th career assist during the varsity match. Pease was stellar all night, recording 38 assists along with three service aces to help fuel the Panther attack.

Offensively, Paulding spread the wealth with multiple hitters making big contributions. Karli Breedlove led the way with 11 kills, while Kayde Kuckuck added 10. Kayleigh Dunham was a force at the net with nine kills and two blocks, and Addison Arend tallied eight kills. Lucy Breier chipped in six more as the Panthers overwhelmed the Bulldog defense.

Defensively, Paulding was anchored by Tori Schlatter, who collected 20 digs and 25 serve receptions. Addison Pease (seven digs, six receptions) and Addison Shull (six digs, five receptions) added key back-row support.
