First Presbyterian Church, Paulding, will celebrate its 150th birthday this September.
Legacy Gifts are a meaningful part of the celebration being planned by the Anniversary committee. Fourteen Legacy Gifts are being made to various agencies that serve the people of Paulding County, as there are currently fourteen people in our church family who have been members for 50+ years.
Bill and Becky Hurtig, members of First Presbyterian Church since 1960 (Becky) and 1969 (Bill), present two Legacy Gifts, one to CoRP (Community Revitalizing Paulding) as an organization, and one to the Downtown Historic Sign Project, also a CoRP initiative. Jane Nice (left) is receiving the gifts on behalf of CoRP.
