Noneman family makes donation to the Paulding Veterans Memorial

The children of James A. and Violet Noneman made a very generous donation to the Paulding Veterans Memorial in honor of their parents. Jim Noneman served in the U.S. Army during WW2 where he rose to the rank of Sergeant.
