Management Changes at the Antwerp Exchange Bank
The Antwerp Exchange Bank Board of Directors is proud to announce several changes in Management at the Bank.
Jeff Mumma has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. No stranger to the Bank, Mumma previously served for eight years in credit-related roles before spending three years at Sutton Bank as Senior Credit Analyst. With a strong background in credit and lending, Mumma brings a deep understanding of the Bank’s operations and the communities it serves.

Mark Ferris joins the Bank as Senior Vice President – Senior Commercial Lender for The Antwerp Exchange Bank. In his new role, Ferris will manage the lending aspects of the bank and its lending staff. Prior to this role, Ferris served as the Vice President of Commercial Lending for WesBanco in Defiance, Ohio for 24 years (known previously as Premier Bank and First Federal Bank of the Midwest). Ferris has nearly 30 years of banking and finance experience.

Kevin Wannemacher was promoted to the role of CFO after being employed in the organization for two years in multiple roles. He has worked in a varying background of accounting roles for the past 37 years in multiple organizations.
