This week, the Kiwanis Club of Paulding was delighted to host Halie Harting, founder of Harting Homesteaders, as the guest speaker. Halie, along with her family, has embraced a back-to-basics lifestyle, focusing on providing natural, sustainable products for everyday living.
Harting Homesteaders, located in a classic, antique storefront in Convoy, Ohio, offers a wide variety of organic products, including hand sanitizer, laundry soap, sore muscle relief, and so much more. Each product is crafted with a commitment to quality and sustainability, making it easier for consumers to make eco-conscious choices without sacrificing effectiveness.
Halie shared with the Kiwanis members the story behind her family’s decision to go back to basics and how their passion for natural living turned into a thriving business. The community as well as surrounding communities have responded enthusiastically, supporting the shop as a local source for environmentally friendly alternatives to everyday products.
