Fairview FFA Host Annual Petting Zoo

On May 14, 2025, the Fairview FFA Chapter held its annual petting zoo at the elementary school. 

Five hundred children in grades Pre-K through 5th Grade braved the weather and had a fabulous time, and enjoyed lessons prepared and taught by the high school FFA Members. 

Lessons included: tractor safety, animal identification, Ohio bird week, how to make a battery, plant structures, following blueprints with Legos, and MyPlate. This event is held every year to increase agricultural literacy throughout younger generations. As well as to showcase the skills that our high school members have learned throughout their FFA careers.
