May 14, 2025 – The Antwerp Varsity Archers secured an impressive 8-3 victory against the Miller City Varsity Wildcats on Wednesday, in the OHSAA Sectional Division VII opener showcasing a powerful offensive performance led by freshman standout Taylor Hogans.

The Archers got off to a quick start, scoring five runs in the first inning. Taylor Hogans, playing left field, delivered the game’s most electrifying moment with a home run, driving in four runs. Hogans also recorded two doubles and finished the game with a stellar 3-for-4 performance, tallying five RBIs.
