The Defiance Area Foundation (DAF) has awarded a $2,800 grant to Community Health Professionals (CHP) in support of its Rays of Hope grief bag program. This compassionate initiative provides comfort to children in Defiance County who coping with the loss of a loved one.
The grant, made possible through the Hospice Fund under the DAF umbrella, will help expand the program’s reach across all five public school districts in Defiance County.
