Apparently February and now March have been very busy months for us. We apologize to our Valentine King and Queen for just now recognizing them in the newspaper. Al and Donna Daeger won the honor for 2023. We are thrilled to have them living with us at Antwerp Manor and were not at all surprised that the residents voted for them as our King and Queen. Congratulations to both Al and Donna!
We also want to say thank you our many friends in the community who contributed to our beautiful Valentine bouquets. Flowers and surprises always brighten our day!
So far this month we have attended the VFW Luncheon/Bingo event we enjoyed a nice lunch. Most of our table came home with quite a few winning nickels in our pockets after winning bingo games. We will also be attending the AHS Musical, Freaky Friday. Antwerp School is always so kind to us and we enjoy attending events held at the school.
March is a big birthday celebration month for us at Antwerp Manor. We celebrate eight resident birthdays in March. We have quite a few balloon deliveries from Petals and Vines and we eat LOTS of birthday cake!
