Woodburn Lions Club named Clarence Reichhart Lion of the Year, 2021. Clarence has been a member of the Woodburn Lions Club for 56 years. He has held every office in the club during his years of membership. Besides loyaly serving the Woodburn Lions Club all these years Clarence has been very active in the Woodburn community. He has held the office of mayor and has served on the Woodburn City Council
