Shop the Square is back this holiday season right here in downtown Paulding! The Paulding Chamber of Commerce is encouraging you to shop local this holiday season by shopping the square this December. Forget the traffic and the crowded malls and take a stroll downtown to buy your gifts from local vendors and entrepreneurs. Shop the Square will be held on a variety of dates, so you’ll have plenty of options to get that shopping done. This year vendors will be set up in open buildings downtown on Saturday December 1st from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Sunday December 2nd from 12:00 – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday December 8th from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Around 20 local vendors will occupy open store fronts downtown Paulding. Each shopper can visit the Small Business Innovation Center to warm up with coffee and hot chocolate provided by Paulding County’s United Way, and pick up your gift bag provided by the Paulding County Area Foundation and Paulding County Economic Development. There you can also pick up your shopper booklet that includes a map of downtown with vendor locations and descriptions. The booklet will also include coupons that you can redeem from Chamber member businesses around town. Bundle up and join us downtown for some holiday cheer, great deals, and to support our local businesses of all sizes.
