The WLS Girls and Boys Track Teams both won the LSAA Saxon Division City Track Meet. Woodburn Lutheran School competed against 4 other teams: Ascension, LSUS, St. John Kendallville, and Suburban Bethlehem.
The girls team had an exceptional night and took home nine 1st place finishes. The girls ended the night with a total score of 125 points. The boys team performed very well and took home five 1st place finishes. The boys ended the night with a total score of 93 points.
A total of 34 athletes in grades 4-8 participated in track this year. The teams were coached by Jake & Jamie Gentz, Dana Klopfenstein, and Stephanie Graber.
