Hands of Hope has good turnout

We had a very successful fundraiser, because of our awesome supporters. The totals are not all calculated yet, but we know we made quite a bit more than last year. We fed about the same amount as last year, around 250 people. The taco bar, which appeared to go over very well. The meal was made posible with the help of many family and friends (espcially Mary Nieto) We gave away several door prizes and afterwards, the Manz Strings performed for us again. We always enjoy listening to them and got great feedback last year from their performance. We are grateful for our table sponsors:

PCH Holdings, Ltd, A Plus Propane, Lou Stoller and Sons, Jim and Tam Stoller, South Creek Farms and Drainage, Lee’s Interior Painting Services, CMS Farm Drainage, LLC, and Anonymous.

It takes a lot of work to put on a large meal like this, but our wonderful board members and volunteers all pitched in to make it possible. We appreciate all the work our volunteers and board members do for Hands of Hope Pregnancy Services. We also need to take the time to acknowledge our wonderful medical director (Dr. Wendell Spangler) and our ultrasound doctor (Dr. Marilyn Kindig-Stahl) for making it possible for us to offer our services. We have seen the fruits of all the efforts and prayers this past year, as we have been very busy, and can feel God working at our center. If anyone is interested in finding out more about becoming a volunteer or board member, they can email handsofhope.director@gmail.com. As we announced, in 2017, we saw 58 clients, and performed 42 ultrasounds. We appreciate our community continues to stand by and help us to be able to minister to many families in the area!
