Rainbow Child Care Treats Clinic Kids

Peggy Walker (Clinic Staff), Hannah Miller (Rainbow Assistant Director), Eli & Carter Miller, Mindy Conner (Rainbow Director), and Abi Sitko RN (Clinic Coordinator) enjoy viewing some of the gifts presented to Christian Community Health Care.

It began as a fun activity and turned into a community project. Rainbow Child Care of Leo, Indiana, asked their students to begin collecting used children’s books, and the results were much greater than expected! So they decided to bless other kids in the community by donating their collection to Christian Community Health Care in Grabill, Indiana. Rainbow staff members were able to tour the clinic, meet CCHC medical personnel, and learn about clinic services. The donated books will be given to child patients that visit the clinic this year.

Rainbow Child Care and Christian Community Health Care are both committed to providing area families with the best care possible. The Rainbow Child Care center in Leo is part of a network of over 100 schools in 15 states that offer accredited programs for Infant through Pre-K kids, plus before and after school programs. Rainbow believes that each child is a special gift and offers a “home away from home” for families in need of quality childcare. Their Leo center is located at 14621 Amstutz Road, across from Leo Jr-Sr High School.
