10th annual Cutie pie contest to be held during Antwerp’s Day in the Park

We are on the look out for cuties for our Cutie Pie contest.  Do you have a cutie pie in your house?  Is your phone loaded with pictures of your cutie pie? Do you take every opportunity to show off pictures of your cutie pie?  We know that they are out there just waiting to be “discovered!”

Well, now is your chance to show them off during the Antwerp’s Day in the Park on August 9th.  

This event, sponsored by the Antwerp Chamber of Commerce will feature newborns to 4 years old. Admirers of the cutie pies will have the chance to “vote” for their favorite cutie pie at Petals and Vines prior to the event and at the park on the day of the event. The cutie pie with the most monetary donations at the end of the day will be the winner.  The proceeds of this event will go to the Antwerp Chamber of Commerce scholarship recipient in 2026.  We had two scholarship winners in 2024: Owen Franks and Bryce Sholl.

To enter, submit a 4 x 6 picture (no frame) and a decorated donations container (please do not put photograph on container) we will put photograph in a frame, to Petals and Vines or Leland Smith Insurance.  Put the child’s name and phone number on the BACK of the picture so our voters will not be influenced by the name.  Entry fee is $5.00 payable with your decorated container and picture. They will be on display at Petals and Vines beginning on July 28th and then at the park on the 9th.

The winner will also receive 4 free family passes to the Fort Wayne Children’s zoo from the Antwerp Chamber of Commerce.

Remember, all proceeds go to the Antwerp Chamber of Commerce scholarship fund.
