Recently, three Paulding FFA members headed to Arlington for the district Job Interview CDE. They were able to compete at district after placing 1st or 2nd in the sub-district job interview at Kalida on November 6th.  Members who competed were Junior Kalyn Strahley, Sophomore Kaylie Tressler, and Freshman Sydney Reineck. These members prepared a formal cover letter, created their own resume and gathered references. The students picked out a job position in which the wanted to apply for. The students had a fill out a job application then had a formal interview and completed the contest by writing a follow-up letter. This contest prepares students for future job interviews.  The girls did a great job at this competition with Freshman, Sydney Reineck finishing in 2nd place, Sophomore Kaylie Tressler in 3rd place, and Junior, Kalyn Strahley in 6th place. Great job representing the Paulding FFA Chapter.
