Oakwood Elementary first grader, Alayna Elston is shown sharing a Christmas story with her classmates. She is a student in Mrs. Caroline Arend’s class. The students have some time each morning to read various books. Each morning a student is selected to share one of the books he/she read with their classmates in order to “sell” the book and encourage them to read it also.
