Antique Truck Show breaks record!

The Truck Show set a new record with 158 trucks! 43 of those trucks were first timers at our show!

The Futurliner from the National Automotive & Truck Museum was the show stopper. JPHS was very fortunate to be able to get this vehicle. Many people need to be thanked, especially Mike Kauser for hauling it here and the Auburn Truck Chapter for helping with the loading and unloading.

The longest distance traveled was 480 miles from McMenville, TN. Jerry Spiker drove his 1973 KW to our show.  He hauls water melons out of Indiana and belongs to several Truck Chapters in TN.

The oldest vehicle award went to Lynn Lantz of Defiance, OH with a 1912 Chase Truck which was built in Syracuse, NY.

The 50/50 drawing was $452 and went to George Mitchell of Perrysburg.  George has been to our show many, many times. 2nd place ($100) went to Mel Hochstetler of Ft. Wayne and 3rd place ($100) went to Donna Hochstetler, Mel’s wife!  Mel donated his $100 back to the museum! He felt bad but that was the luck of the draw!
