Student council elections were recently held at Payne Elementary for the 2017-18 school year. Representing the student body are 4th graders Caroline Winans and Clay Stoller, 5th graders Keegan Rager and Luke Stouffer, 6th graders Meara Rager, Brenna Thomas, Adrian Laukhuf, and Cale Winans.
