Every December the Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church (LCMS) designates its remaining mission fund budget money to local, regional, or international recipients as needed.  2015 was another banner financial year for the church and provided the opportunity for Mt. Calvary to exceed the mission goal.  This year the largest recipients of the mission funds were both local and regional.

Locally, Mt.  Calvary donated $1000 to the Antwerp Food Pantry. The money is donated to assist families with needs that may arise, or for any unfortunate circumstances. Additionally, $1262.50 was designated for interested students in the Mt. Calvary Youth Group to attend the 2016 youth gathering in New Orleans, LA.

Regionally, Mt. Calvary donated $1000 to the Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne. The Fort Wayne Seminary is one of two nationwide (St. Louis) where training of Lutheran pastors takes place for Missouri Synod churches. The pastors are then placed in vacant positions around the country and abroad. The $1000 was donated in the name of former Antwerp Mt. Calvary Pastor Dale Young who passed away in 2015.
