Kelble, AllanAllan Nicholas Kelble, age 77 died Monday, December 28, 2015 at his residence.

He was born February 26, 1938 in Payne, Ohio, the son of the late Erhart J. “Nick” and Eleanor E. (Gremaux) Kelble. On August 15, 1959 he married Starlee E. Miller who survives. He served in the US Army from 1961 – 1963 and retired in 1999 from Superior Linkage, New Haven after 35 years. He was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Parish and Paulding VFW Post #587. He was a fisherman and an avid card player enjoying many games of poker at the VFW.

He is also survived by son Nick (Michelle) Kelble, Antwerp, daughter, Amy (Kris) Knight, Bryan, OH; grandchildren, Larisa, Andrew, Elaina and Kelby; great granddaughter, Mallory; sister, Jeanine (Frank) Germano, East Hartford, CT; brother, Vincent (Carolee) Kelble, Mooresville, NC; and nieces and nephews.

He is also preceded in death by a brother, Phil.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 10 AM Monday, January 4 at Divine Mercy Catholic Parish, Payne Ohio. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Payne, with military graveside rites accorded by Paulding VFW Post #587.

Visitation will be 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM Sunday, January 3 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, with a Wake Service at 7:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made to VFW Post #587 or Divine Mercy Catholic Parish/Masses.
