Woodlan FFA members participated in the Indiana State FFA PLT workshop held at the FFA Leadership Center located near Trafalgar, Indiana. PLT (Premier Leadership Training) is a specially designed workshop for all Indiana State Officers, Section Directors, District officers, State Chorus Officers and State Band Officers to be trained on topics such as how to overcome obstacles that may be faced, developing goals for the upcoming year, and developing chapter and community service ideas. Indiana’s National FFA Officer Candidate, Lindsey O’Hare, facilitated this workshop and also spoke about the link between listening and leadership. Workshop participants also attended a dance and a banquet which concluded the two day workshop. Woodlan FFA members attending were Sophi Schultz, District 3 secretary, and Allison Knepp, FFA State Chorus Secretary.
