The beginning of the game against Hicksville on Tuesday, September 29, looked like the Lady Aces may take the game. The next game, though, the Antwerp girls pulled off the win.

One thing that other teams struggle with is falling from momentum and failing to recover. The Lady Archers really have an interesting ability to come from behind—even towards the end of a match to take the lead and win the game. In sets three and four, they were down by quite a bit with Hicksville on the home stretch, and were able to defeat the visitors. An ability like this will be very valuable if they can continue this once the tournaments begin.

In four sets Antwerp beat Hicksville: 20-25, 25-21, 25-20, 27-25.
