Payne, Ohio—At 10:25 a.m. this morning, deputies responded to a call of an unresponsive male at 202 East Townline Street in the Village of Payne. Once on scene, deputies discovered Cary Parsons, age 50, deceased in his kitchen.
Paulding County Coroner Dr. Joseph Kuhn and the Payne Police Department are assisting this Office conduct an investigation into Mr. Parsons death.
“Our initial assessment of this death have developed some concerns. The Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations Crime Scene Investigation Unit has been called in to assist us, said Sheriff Jason K. Landers.”
Payne EMS and Antwerp EMS both assisted investigators at the scene.
