Myron “Bud” Lichty, 85, of Antwerp passed away at home on Monday, November 25, 2013.
Bud was born in Antwerp on May 5, 1928, a son of the late Thelma (Hallock) and Robert Lichty.
He worked in construction; was an associate member of the Antwerp VFW. Bud enjoyed many years fishing at Atwood & Story Lakes. He also loved baseball, playing for many years in the area.
On Aug 5, 1950 Bud married Betty Hill.
Bud will be sadly missed by his wife, Betty; 3 sons, Jack (Paula); Rex & Jim (Cheryl); sister, Cara Lou (Gene) Handy all of Antwerp; 6 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren.
His service is at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 at 10 am, with viewing one hour prior.
Viewing is also Friday, 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Dooley Funeral Home, Antwerp.
He will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.
Memorials are to the Antwerp United Methodist Church, Antwerp EMS or Fire Department.
